The Dactyl Manuform is an open-source parameterized, split-hand, concave, columnar, ergonomic keyboard.
Our cases are 3D printed using high-strength PETG in a variety of colors. At a layer height of 0.2mm, each case pair requires nearly a full day of printing time. These are the cleanest FDM prints you'll find anywhere.
The bottom plate is of our own design, featuring a heavier build with a lipped edge that keys to the bottom of the main case and recesses for M3x6mm countersunk screws. (Please note that at this time there is no hardware included. I do plan to offer hardware kits in the future.)
Cases are shipped as-printed, with support material still in place. Choose the optional Finishing Service if you would like us to remove the supports for you.
We can print in pretty much any material your heart desires, so contact us with your needs if you're interested in a custom filament or tweaks to the design.
Each case is made-to-order. Please allow 3-5 days for production.
